I went to there to resize my engagement ring. By the time i arrived, was already 7:10pm..They can rather say "Sorry we are close, and ask me to come next time." Because of they know that I want to get it fix and put this back on my finger straight away, they restarted their machine and helped me! I am quite fussy, I wanted the ring to be bigger, but not too big to let the diamond spins around. They patiently adjusted my ring bits by bits until the ring fit my finger perfectly. They are so kind, honest, friendly and helpful.. I will definitely come back, if I need the other accessories.

The team at filli jewellery were amazing from the first day. I showed them the design I wanted and they sourced the best diamond any jeweller could find me in my budget. I’m very happy with the service and the design of the engagement ring, and most importantly, my fiancé loved the ring aswell! She said yes! I’ll be recommending fili jewellery to all my friends planning on popping the question in the near future. Thank you again team :)

Absolutely ecstatic. Just picked up my engagement ring and after weeks of me being an indecisive customer the ring is just as I pictured it. The craftsmanship is flawless and the ring is stunning, the staff there were always friendly and helpful and there was no pressure. I am so happy. Thank you I definitely be back.

I have purchased my wife's engagement, wedding and eternity rings, plus my wedding and one other men's ring from Fili Jewellery. 4/5 rings were manufactured for us and the other one was purchased from stock. I could not be happier with the service, style and quality of each product. My first purchase was 11 years ago and my last was recently. This business has been constant throughout. If you are looking for a special piece of jewellery, make sure you include this store in your short list of potentials, I did and it came out well on top of everyone else.

We HIGHLY recommend this jeweller! After shopping around and feeling fed up with other manufacturing jewellers’ lack of care, we found John at Fili. He understood what we wanted immediately. Not only did they open the doors for us after hours, but spent 45 mins designing our engagement ring to be made from combined family heirloom pieces. We were already extremely impressed at that stage, but when we saw the computer generated design and got the quote we gave them the go ahead instantly. We also asked them to make a wedding band from the same gold. The staff were so accommodating and Katina kept us updated. The rings were ready exactly when promised and in real life these rings took our breath away. We were in tears we were so happy with them. The quality, craftsmanship and flawless design were outstanding and we cannot speak highly enough about this business! Please trust this crew... they will not let you down!

I purchased an engagement ring through Fili earlier this year. The service, the quality, the price and the overall experience was absolutely faultless. I live interstate, yet I was guided along the way with complete transparency about every little detail. Two staff members even came to the store on a public holiday so I could pick up the ring. I would give six stars if I could. Fili is an absolute gem.

John and the team at Fili were so helpful, friendly and accommodating to my needs for a special piece. There was always a can do attitude, rather than excuses like most other jewelers in Adelaide. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none. A very happy customer and can not recommend them enough. Keep up the great work Fili!

After visiting numerous bespoke jewelers who gave us the run around we came across Fili Jewellery and how glad we were that we found them.. A beautiful shop tucked away in the arcade. From the moment we entered the store we felt welcomed and comfortable. We asked for a mans signet ring and were shown quite a few. We found the exact thing we were looking for in minutes as the staff listened to our requirements about shape and the type of gold we were looking for . The ring was custom made on site and was ready within a few short weeks. the ring was exactly as requested , beautifully made and perfect. Ross was extremely helpful in all areas of the process from helping us choose the type of gold we would need, the sizing of the ring and also the best possible price he could offer. he was also able to give us advise on who would be the best person to have the ring engraved by. We will definitely be using them again for all our jewellery needs in the future. highly recommended.

John and the team at Fili have been incredible since we first walked into the Adelaide Arcade store. We had our engagement ring designed and made exactly as we wanted. We just recently had our wedding bands made and they are perfect.
